Previously we had lived in the SE metro area, but due to a new work commute, we were now looking at NW and SW areas. It was especially important to us that we find someone who was familiar with these areas, as well as someone who was professional, smart, responsive, and had a sense of humor. Sharla completely met our requirements. I found her online by looking at reviews and by looking at houses she had helped buy or sell in recent years. She responded quickly to my first inquiry and I felt immediately that it would be a good match. Sharla is very accommodating and friendly. She quickly got what we were looking for from the start. We were also impressed with her business skills, so she was good at finding the house we wanted but was also great at completing the business side of the transaction. We are not easy clients as I have a hard time making big decisions like this and my husband and I prioritize different aspects of a home/lot, but Sharla was very patient.
